Your verification action is logged (including User ID and IP address) as binding proof of agreement. 2. Strict No-Refund Policy All products offered by ZeroTrace are intangible digital goods delivered instantly. Therefore, all sales are final. By completing a purchase, you explicitly waive your right to any refund or withdrawal. Incompatibility with your PC, loss of interest, or game updates are not valid reasons for a refund. 3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Our software is provided for educational and research purposes only. You acknowledge that using third-party software in online games carries an inherent risk of account suspension. ZeroTrace is not responsible for any bans (manual or automated), HWID flags, or loss of in-game assets. We do not guarantee that the software will be undetected at all times. Use at your own risk. 4. Service Downtime & Updates We reserve the right to modify or suspend the service for updates following game patches. No compensation or extension of subscription is guaranteed for downtime caused by external game updates. 5. Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Policy Any attempt to initiate a dispute or chargeback via a bank or payment processor will be considered a breach of contract and a fraudulent act. This will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your license and your details being added to our global blacklist. We will provide all logged evidence (including IP and TOS acceptance) to the payment provider to contest the claim. 6. License Restrictions Licenses are strictly for personal use. Sharing, reselling, reverse engineering, or attempting to debug the software is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.
